Chips y salsa!

Parker made some of his famous (well, not yet but it should be) salsa on Saturday evening! I am not positive what he does to it, but I know he roasts a baking sheet full of Anaheim peppers, tomotillos , and jalapeƱos and then blends that all up in the blender with some other stuff. It is so good while it is still warm! Yum.




I made some homemade tortilla chips to go with the salsa. I just cut up about 5 or 6 tortillas, put them on an oiled baking sheet, flipped them so each side was a little oily, and then baked them for 7 minutes at 350. After they were done baking I sprinkled them with a little bit of sea salt.

Best snack ever!
